    Guillame Ishimwe

    CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

    As the Chief Executive Officer, Guillaume has many responsibilities. He is responsible for visionary leadership and mission fulfillment by setting the strategic direction of PRC, therefore ensuring that our vision aligns with our mission of providing quality care and support for our residents. His other duties include financial management and strategy, building a high-performing team, regulatory compliance, community relations and advocacy. He possesses skills such as compassionate leadership, building strong connections, and strategic planning. When he is not busy running PRC’s operations, Guillaume enjoys traveling and spending quality time with his loved ones.

  • Eric Karangwa

    Eric Karangwa

    PROGRAM COORDINATOR

    Eric is in charge of facilitating the communication and collaboration between guardians, consumers, and staff members so that all parties are informed and engaged for the program’s success. He possesses strong communication skills, organizational and problem solving skills, with strong attention to detail. In his free time, you’ll find him playing some of the most popular classical pieces on the piano.

    HR & QUALITY ASSURANCE MANAGER

    Cecile is responsible for crafting engaging content, fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace, and attracting top talent. She has over 18 years of experience in administration and resource management. She possesses strong problem solving, conflict resolution, and leadership skills that help drive Peace Residential Care’s success. Cecile enjoys cooking great meals, spending time with close friends and family, as well as building long-lasting relationships.

  • Willy Ndagushimamana

    Willy Ndagushimamana

    PROGRAM MANAGER

    Willy oversees the daily operations and programs at our group home, ensuring the well-being and progress of residents while also managing our staff and resources effectively. His responsibilities also include staff supervision, crisis intervention, and program development. He is described as a very compassionate and dedicated professional by his peers. When he is not busy with his duties, Willy enjoys jogging as as well as sports like soccer and basketball.

  • Claude Iradukunda

    Claude Iradukunda

    PROGRAM MANAGER

    Claude is in charge of operations for the home/community programs as well as residential programs. He is equipped with astonishing analytical and leadership skills. Throughout his work, Claude has demonstrated reliability, determination, and care towards the people we serve. Despite his dedication to work, outside of his duties, Claude finds delight in weight lifting, reading books, and polishing up on new skills.

    Yvette Hakizimana

    QA & DOCUMENTATION LEAD

    Yvette oversees the accuracy and completion of staff documentation and provides guidance, support and supervision to team members. Yvette is highly energetic and demonstrates robust attention to detail as well as great collaboration. During her down time, Yvette enjoys traveling to discover new places and spending time with her loved ones.
